An upright decorative evergreen herb with extremely aromatic, needle-like green leaves. To harvest rosemary, pick the leaves in the morning as the essential oils are more abundant. Add sprigs of rosemary leaves to roasted vegetables/potato dishes. Add to meat dishes, particularly roasted lamb or chop finely and add to stuffings.
Plant in a sheltered position, in full sun and in well-drained soil. Prefers a light sandy soil.
Height/Spread: 1-1.5m x 1.-1.5m in 5 to 10 years
