The solanum 'Blue Fountain' or blue potato bush is an evergreen shrub producing purple-blue flowers in cluster in summer and spring. Although it is hardy to up to -5 degrees, it is suitable for conservatories and greenhouses.

Height and Spread: 2 x 2 m.

Position: Full sun 

Soil: Moist but well-drained

Flowering Season: Summer into autumn

Uses: Mediterranean garden, Courtyard, Pation and Containers
