The Whitecurrant is a vigorous, deciduous shrub bearing fruit in mid to late summer depending on the variety. Whitecurrants are much sweeter than redcurrants in general.
Prune in winter, aim to remove the old wood as they fruit on young wood.

Position: Full sun to partial shade
Soil: Moist but well-drained, well-drained
Fruiting season: July to September depending on the variety
Good for pollinators.
