Also know as Bay Laurel or Sweet Bay, this evergreen shrub with aromatic, glossy, dark green leaves makes a beautiful hedge. It produces small, beautiful yellow flowers in spring and female plants may produce black berries in autumn. Position in sheltered spot in full sun or partial shade and in well-drained soil.
Height/Spread: 6mx3m after 10-20 years. Can be pruned into a hedge of a suitable height.
